A salt or sugar packet, lets say salt, is torn open and its contents poured onto the table in a granulated pyramid and the packet screwed up and left in view on the table. Your guest covers the salt with a napkin/cup. When they lift their hand the salt has vanished. You immediately ask them to check the empty packet, which is now resealed, restored and full of salt. This really is a beautiful piece of organic magic that seems completely unprepared.
